Car-Search.ai is an independent, AI-powered car search engine operated in the United Kingdom. We index vehicles that are advertised for sale by motor dealerships across the UK and provide an AI-assisted search interface to help consumers find relevant listings.

Car-Search.ai is not a dealership, car seller, broker, or intermediary. We do not sell, lease, finance, or facilitate the sale of any vehicle. We are a search engine only. Any transaction arising from a listing found through our service is solely between you and the advertising dealership.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Car-Search.ai website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Listing Content & Accuracy

All vehicle listing information displayed on Car-Search.ai — including but not limited to descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, availability, and dealer details — is published by the respective dealerships on the public internet. Car-Search.ai does not host, compile, or store any vehicle images. Not all listings have images and not all images may be accurate. These images are stored, maintained, and in many cases the intellectual property of the respective dealership that has published them on the public internet. Car-Search.ai:

• Does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content
• Does not guarantee that any vehicle is available, priced correctly, or as described
• Does not endorse, recommend, or warranty any vehicle or dealership
• Is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in dealer-provided content
• Does not host, compile, or store any vehicle images
• Is not responsible for any images published by the advertising dealership

You should always verify all details directly with the advertising dealership before making any purchase decision.

4. No Affiliation with Dealerships

Car-Search.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any specific motor dealership unless explicitly stated. The inclusion of a dealership’s listings in our search results is based upon publicly available information. The appearance of any listing does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or recommendation by Car-Search.ai.

5. AI Search & Recommendations

Our AI search assistant helps you find vehicle listings from information publicly available on the internet. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. The AI may occasionally make errors or provide incomplete information. Always verify details directly with the advertising dealership.

6. Your Use of the Service

You agree to use Car-Search.ai for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our service
• Use the service to harass, mislead, or defraud dealerships or other users
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems

By using Car-Search.ai, including its AI-powered search assistant, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All information provided by the AI assistant is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, or automotive advice
• The AI assistant may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided before acting upon it
• You shall not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for any purchasing, financial, or other decision
• Car-Search.ai makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car-Search.ai, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

10. Intellectual Property

The Car-Search.ai website, branding, AI technology, and original content are the property of Car-Search.ai. Vehicle listing content and images are published by the respective dealerships on the public internet and remain the intellectual property of those dealerships. Car-Search.ai does not host, compile, or store any vehicle listing images.

By uploading images to Car-Search.ai (including but not limited to part-exchange vehicle photographs), you represent that you own or have the right to use those images, and you grant Car-Search.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce, and display those images for the purposes of providing our service, facilitating vehicle enquiries, and communicating with dealerships on your behalf. This licence continues for as long as the images remain on our platform and for a reasonable period thereafter for archival and record-keeping purposes.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
